This fall, Six Twelve Studios is selecting three organizations in Burlington & Oakville to become our Founding Projects. Spaces that will help define the visual language and philosophy of our studio.

Why We're Doing This

Every studio begins somewhere.

Rather than launching with a portfolio assembled over years, we're choosing to build ours intentionally, with three local organizations who believe thoughtful environments can influence culture, collaboration and the way people experience work.

These projects will become the foundation of our studio.

The details.

  • We will waive all professional design fees.

    Included:

    • Interior Design Direction

    • Space Planning

    • Furniture Specification

    • FF&E Procurement

    • Artwork Curation

    • Styling

    • Installation Coordination

    Founding Project partners receive our professional design and project management services at no fee, while investing in the furnishings, materials, labour and construction required to bring the space to life.

  • As a Founding Project partner, your organization is responsible for all direct project costs, including:

    • Furniture and furnishings

    • Lighting

    • Artwork and accessories

    • Flooring, paint and finish materials (if applicable)

    • Custom millwork and fabrication

    • Delivery, shipping and freight

    • Installation labour

    • Trade contractors (electrical, painting, flooring, etc.)

    • Any required construction or renovation costs

    • Applicable taxes

    6.12 Studios will waive all professional service fees, including interior design, space planning, furniture specification, procurement, styling, project coordination and installation oversight.

  • Permission to Photograph.

    A testimonial.

    Permission to document the process.

    A collaborative partnership.

    These projects will become part of the story of Six Twelve Studios.
